AVANTEC und GRAPHA-Holding freuen sich mitzuteilen, dass AVANTEC neu Teil der Grapha-Gruppe ist. Bereits in den vergangenen Jahren hat AVANTEC viel in den Ausbau ihres Security-Portfolios investiert. Durch den Zusammenschluss mit der Grapha-Gruppe, zu welcher auch die beiden IT-Service-Provider GIA Informatik und POLYDATA Gruppe gehören, ist AVANTEC nun ein wichtiger strategischer Schritt gelungen, um das Security-Angebot mit Managed Security Services zu vervollständigen und sich nachhaltig und erfolgreich weiterzuentwickeln. AVANTEC bleibt als Firma autonom und wird durch die gleiche Geschäftsleitung und unter dem gleichen Namen weitergeführt. Grapha übernimmt 100% des Aktienkapitals der AVANTEC, wird in der strategischen Weiterentwicklung mitwirken und den Zugang zu Synergien aus der Firmen-Gruppe gewährleisten.
Die gemeinsame Vision ist es, AVANTEC in den kommenden Jahren als führenden IT-Security-Anbieter weiterzuentwickeln und das Security-Angebot inkl. Managed Security Services strategisch auszubauen. «Seit jeher ist es unser Ziel, den Kunden vollumfängliche IT-Security komplett aus einer Hand zu bieten. Mit dem Beitritt zur Grapha-Gruppe ergeben sich nun grosse Chancen für uns, unsere Kunden und unsere Mitarbeitenden. Künftig profitieren unsere Kunden von einem vollumfänglichen IT-Security-Angebot bestehend aus den bewährten Integrationsleistungen von AVANTEC sowie aus einem neuen Angebot an Managed Security Services, das nun gemeinsam mit der GIA Informatik aufgebaut wird», so Mark Stäheli, Co-CEO von AVANTEC.
Kunden, Partner und Mitarbeitende können sich weiterhin auf das AVANTEC-Qualitätsversprechen verlassen. Security-Integration bleibt das Kerngeschäft, jedoch bietet der Zusammenschluss mit Grapha nun die Möglichkeit, das Security-Angebot zu komplettieren. AVANTEC and GRAPHA-Holding are pleased to announce that AVANTEC is now part of the Grapha Group. AVANTEC has already invested heavily in the expansion of its security portfolio in recent years. By joining the Grapha Group, which also includes GIA Informatik and the POLYDATA Group, AVANTEC has now taken an important strategic step to complete its security portfolio with managed security services and to continue its sustainable and successful development. AVANTEC will remain an autonomous company and will continue to be run by the same management and under the same name. Grapha will take over 100% of the share capital of AVANTEC, participate in its strategic development and ensure access to synergies within the group.
